By accessing or using Esthetics Solutions’ website, ERP systems, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

• Attempting to reverse-engineer or decompile our software.
• Uploading or distributing viruses, malware, or harmful code.
• Interfering with or disrupting the operation of our services.
• Using our services to violate any applicable laws or regulations.

3. Intellectual Property

All software, content, and designs provided by Esthetics Solutions are our intellectual property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our services without prior written consent.

4. User Obligations

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating accounts or submitting requests.
• Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
• Use the services in a manner that does not harm other users or Esthetics Solutions.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

If you subscribe to paid services, you agree to provide accurate billing information and pay all fees as invoiced. Esthetics Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time without notice if we believe you violate these Terms or engage in harmful conduct. Upon termination, your right to use the services ends immediately.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Pakistan.
